It has become a tradition for almost all of my extended family and my immediate family in the Utica NY area to all go and get our Christmas trees together. It’s always a great and eventful day. We all meet at Massoud’s Tree Farm and start sorting through the trees together.
It’s days like these that I’m thankful to have a truck, because it makes it so much easier for everyone, and I feel good about helping everyone.
This year we loaded my Toyota with four Christmas trees. Then its we head out to drop them off for everyone.
My favorite stop is Linda’s. She always makes us Chili while we help her set up her tree. She definitely needs the help. She always gets the biggest tree. So big infact that a few years ago we convinced her it didn’t need to be tied down, boy were we wrong. It fell. But we learned to listen, and not we always make sure the tree is secure before we leave her house.
Even though we just got the trees last I already can not wait till next year.
