During a routine traffic stop in Utica NY an appalling discovery was made. Sources suggest that an individual driving in the snow storm on Thursday afternoon was pulled over and stuck in the snow.

The authorities arrived on the scene to help the man, and he became very disgruntled. Stating that this was typical behavior, and that he was a Utican. As authorities continued to help they noticed something very strange. The man’s jeans had what appeared to be blood all over them. This set off an alert and authorities immediately asked the individual if he was OK and what was all over his jeans. The man continued to say “I’M SOOO UTICA” and ignored requests to cooperate.

After searching the vehicle still nothing seemed to make sense and while under observation the man pulled out a piece of tomato pie from his pocket saying see… I’m so Utica. I have tomato pie in my pocket. He was getting sauce everywhere and released with a warning.
