No returns for refunds or credits, all sales final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.  I Love Utica does accept exchanges for a different size (NOT exchanges for a different color), provided we have your size available in stock and provided that we receive the merchandise from you in the exact condition that it was shipped to you. For any returned item(s) intended for an exchange, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping (please provide $10 along with the item(s) intended to be exchanged). I Love The Utica does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit or postal errors. Higher Limits also reserves the right to deny anyone of an exchange assuming the item(s) intended for exchange does not meet our standard of condition that we accept in order to complete the exchange.
